Here's some helpful information for your arrival: Our lobby is unattended, but an intercom connects you directly with our staff. They will promptly assist you with luggage and escort you to the main building, a 250-meter walk through the village. While we understand this may not suit all travelers, it's an integral part of our unique location. If this presents a challenge, please consider adjusting your booking. As we are nestled in the jungle, insects and geckos are part of the natural environment. We prioritize their safety and well-being, avoiding chemical deterrents. Our daily housekeeping and evening turndown services ensure your room is kept as clean as possible within this natural setting.
