To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.

For all guests' rights, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel except for guests who reserve Petcation Package, or a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
