To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, pets are not allowed to enter the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, including rooms, balconies etc. If any trace of smoke or cigarette butts is found in the room or on the balcony upon check-out, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Additionally, if smoking causes any damage to the property, compensation will be required at full cost, in addition to the cleaning fee.

The hotel will be performing a power switching operation from 13:30 to 14:00 on Tuesday, December 23. During this time, the entire hotel will be without power for 30 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
