Starting June 2025, AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach will operate fully cashless in the properties. Payments for accommodation, dining, spa, and other services must be made via credit/debit cards or QR payments, cash will no longer be accepted.

Upon check-in, guests are required to provide a credit card or cash deposit of Rp 2,500,000 per room per night for incidentals. Please note that the deposit is in addition to full payment of room and tax.
