Very friendly staff. Beautiful room

Highly recommend. Excellent breakfast at an ethical hotel

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The room was very spacious and had kitchen facilities. It is in a good position, just a short tram ride from the old town and in walking distance to Wawel castle. A nice bakery/cafe is just next door.The wifi was excellent. The only negative was that the shower was a tight fit

Plantonia is a well thought out aparthotel with great design, thoughtful touches, and very helpful staff. The location is great for exploring Krakow and easy access to public transportation. The bakery on the first floor is a nice treat—we got breakfast there several times. I live where there are plenty of vegan bakeries and they can definitely be hit or miss. This vegan bakery was excellent! The apartment was very comfortable and included several live plants. We had a two bedroom apartment that had two bathrooms. Our unit incorporated nice nightlights, had a reasonably stocked kitchen and even included a laundry basket. The laundry room onsite is clean, available 24 hours, and free of charge (unless you need to buy detergent). It included 4 washers and 4 dryers. If I am lucky enough to visit Krasnoyarsk again I will definitely stay at Plantonia.

The room was very clean and presentable. Good size kitchen area and lounge area. Really great to have a dishwasher. Checking in was very straightforward and the receptionist was lovely. Great location and the bakery next door is fantastic. Breakfast wasn’t to my taste but my husband enjoyed. Good selection! Great stay overall. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities.

These apartments are spotlessly clean and great value for money. All eco friendly. The staff are helpful and friendly and are available 24 hours. The location is convenient for walking into the old town or the tram stop is just down the road. Breakfast is really good and is brought to your apartment. Vegan food available from reception and the bakery goods are delicious. I can't fault our stay.

Lovely studio, very comfortable and well equipped for a short break. Staff were great, very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us recommendations for eating out which we tried and enjoyed. The location is perfect just a 10 minute walk to the main square.
