Great staff and lovely clean room with kitchenette including fridge and dishwasher. Sponge and 2 dishwasher tablets provided. Room was very modern and the hotel is close by to lots of attractions and transport links. Toiletries provided were also great with a comb and vanity pack too. Only downsides were we could hear noises from the street like car alarms and ambulance sirens as well as the apartment below. We were on the top floor and had two sky lights so did not have the best view.

Excellent location, next to the river and the Castle and close to the Airport and Salt Mines bus stop. Lovely staff and beautiful room. AC was a perfect addition to the stay as were the blackout curtains. The only downside to this “luxury” apartment was the sofa bed (very lumpy) and the TV only had News channels in English. Would probably stay here again tho as such good value. Also try the Liberty cafe for breakfast and lunches.

Verbleef met kinderen

Amazing time! very clean, staff so friendly and helpful! Very close to Wawel castle and Main Square (10-15 min walk). We stayed at the Hot tub apartment and it was so lovely! We want to come back! Only thing id say was the smell from hot tub, I don't think it was treated enough with the chlorine... Next time I will ask for more as it had a little 'dirty sock' smell to it.

Only in krakow for 3 nights and was perfect for what we needed, only a short walk to the old town past the castle. Definitely recommend. Shop below for anything you need too

The location could not have been better walking distance to Wawel Castle, Vistula River, and Old Town Main Square. An added bonus is the store, JUBILAT for groceries and souvenirs. We stayed 8 nights because of the advertised washer/dryer that were not effective. Plus, no change of sheets not to mention we made our own bed. The only regular cleaning provided was trash can garbage removal every day. On day one, 2 small shampoo and lotion bottles were provided with no replacements throughout our stay. This tiny apartment would be wonderful if the ongoing service were provided. One other recommendation: provide instructions on appliance operation since they are foreign to travelers.

Great location. Helpful front desk. Apartment was nice with a nice view. Housekeeping comes for garbages daily but don’t do a full clean but will help with any requests. Towels are only every few days. Wish the apartment has luggage racks. We had loud neighbours (scrapping the floor with furniture), wish the hotel would have given a reminder to all guests not to bang and scrape the furniture around. Could hear crying children but that would be anywhere likely. Good wifi. Would stay here again, suited our needs.
