SUSTAINABLE & STYLISH Atelier Alejandro Borrego designed Villa V for a Swedish entrepreneur as a sustainable, stylish retreat. The large open spaces allow the air to breathe freely through the house, minimizing the need for Aircon and maximizing the views from all parts of the house. Simple straight lines and the contrast between dark Ulin wood and sand-colored cement floors gives the house character. Villa V sits on a sloped site, with the upper floor featuring the spacious master bedroom.
