Hierapolis tours

Onze Pamukkale tour was een geweldige ervaring. De gids was georganiseerd, vriendelijk en deelde veel interessante geschiedenis. Van de travertijnen tot Hierapolis, alles was prachtig. Sterk aanbevolen!

De gids, Osman, was erg gepassioneerd en bracht zijn kennis over de historische locaties zeer goed over. Ondanks het warme weer was de algehele tourregeling uitstekend.

Geweldige tour, de chauffeur haalt ons op tijd op. Het lunchbuffet was geweldig. En de gids Merve heeft fantastisch werk geleverd door de geschiedenis van Pamukkale en Hierapolis uit te leggen voordat we ongeveer 2,5 uur kregen om rond te dwalen en zelf te verkennen. Echt top en zou het aanbevelen vanwege het gemak van de transfer vanuit Antalya.

Amazing experience. After two cancellation at Cappadocia, this was last chance to participate in the Hot Air Balloon ride and it was only possible due to this tour at Pammukkale. The site was magical and I loved every bit of it

De reis was helemaal goed, de gids was zeer informatief en behulpzaam. Het was mijn verjaardag toen we deze reis maakten en tijdens de lunch had hij zelfs een verrassingscake voor me geregeld, wat echt onverwacht en hartverwarmend was. Ik raad deze activiteit ten zeerste aan. 👍👍👍Het enige nadeel is het weer, juli in Pamukkale is te heet 🥵

Het Cleopatra-zwembad was in aanbouw, maar we bezochten Pamukkale en Hierapolis. Onze gids was erg aardig en duidelijk en legde de hele geschiedenis van Hierapolis uit. Het was een geweldige dagtrip - zeker een goede keuze!

Geweldige gids (Merve)! Heerlijk eten (buffet).. maar het zou beter zijn geweest als we iets eerder op de locatie waren aangekomen, want het was al na de lunch en het was te warm met beperkte tijd op de locatie.. we hebben genoten van het katoenkasteel, maar we hebben niet alle locaties in Hierapolis kunnen verkennen.. maar over het algemeen een geweldige tour! 👌 Aanrader! 🥰🥰🥰

SKIP purchasing anything from the shopping stop at Tezcan Onyx. The morning after our creditcard was compromised with several transactions from "uber" and it was a headache making an international call back to stop the fraudulent transaction. We never used Uber for our trip. Tezcan was the only stop we had used the creditcard with pin verification. We checked the reviews online were also shocked to see how most people said the prices and qualities were a SCAM. They provide an "authenticity card" however doing some research online it seems like what you purchase is the "synthetic" version of some stones with a paper handwritten quality of the authenticity certification. Very disappointed and misleading to how a Tour will purposely bring us to places like this. Unfortunately an expensive lesson. Prepare for a long ride 2.5 hour to 3 hour non-stop in a Van that accommodates about 10 people. Bring a small fan with you as the AC isn't that strong and it gets very hot in the back sitting near the back of the van. There is a break at the start and 30 mins to the end of the trip. Honestly, the tour itself minus the shopping and long car ride was worth it! We opted to watch the hot air Ballon and the view was incredible. The tour also includes simple breakfast and large buffet lunch. There's no need to purchase your own food. Recommended to bring your own bottled water and sunscreen sunglasses and good walking shoes. I would recommend to skip the cleopatra pool as it's pretty small and it's full of people and it's hot when the temperature is also hot. But if you decide to go bring your own tool and flip flop. Bring comfortable walking shoes and keep hydrated as it gets hot. It was 32 degrees C and there's hardly any shaded areas in Hieropolis. Enjoy!
