Deze ervaring was fantastisch, het weer was geweldig en de gids was ook geweldig. De gids sprak veel talen, zag er knap uit en de service was uitstekend. Wij, familie nummer 9, hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. Dank aan de gids en chauffeur voor hun harde werk. We zullen dit zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden!

It was really good! Worth the money you pay. I had a trip on 7-8 May. the snow wall was 11-meters still. The bus drive was not that long at all. at 7.30 we left Tokyo and 11 already walk in Kamikochi. The Hotel is actually very nice you can see the pictures of food what they serve.

這個團的導遊來自香港，導遊Sheila是個很細心的人，他會提醒我們車程很久，要到便利店準備好食物，可以在肚餓時吃。這個旅程都很舒適旅遊巴也很寬敞很多位置不會擠迫。每隔2至3小時就有一個中間的休息站可以買東西吃和去廁所。 第一天的行程是去上高地，行程安排得很妥當，要去的景點也去到了，當天的天氣很好，不會太熱也不會冷。上高地的景色很美，很值得去，推介給每一個人。 第一晚的酒店是住在白馬溫泉的溫泉旅館，自助餐很美味，食物也很豐富。 第二天的行程是去立山黑部，很可惜天氣不佳，雪之山谷沒有開放，可以製造下一次再去的機會。 行程完結後大約七時多回到東京。導遊Sheila也有推介去到東京的時候有什麼好吃的餐廳。我們參考了他的意見去了食牛舌餐廳，也挺好吃的。非常多謝導遊帶給我們兩日一夜愉快的行程。

行程豐富，時間安排得宜。
行程安排：
第一天輕鬆行山3小時之後回酒店吃自助晚餐及泡溫泉，建議預留時間在河童橋附近吃點東西。第二天基本上都是在山上搭不同交通工具和在山上觀看景色，整個行程都舒適容易完成。
住宿選擇：
獲得安排溫泉酒店Hakuba Tokyu Resort，有點舊但舒適，晚餐及早餐都很好吃。
導遊：
唯一美中不足是導遊不太理會客人，溝通可以改善，集合地點溝通不仔細或隨意改變，例如有幾次本來說是在店舖門口等卻自己走上了旅遊巴士。

Ashley is our guide for this trip, everything is so smooth and well handle. This trip is include great hotel and wonderful buffet dinner&breakfast also an onsen in hotel. worth every penny

The 2D1N trip was very enjoyable and well organized. The tour guide was very experienced, helpful, and well-organized throughout the journey. Especially along the Tateyama route, she accompanied us and always went ahead to reserve the bus and cable car timings. This helped to minimize waiting time and allowed us to have more time to explore and enjoy the attractions.
The driver was also experienced and drove safely throughout the trip. We stayed at Hakuba Mominoki Hotel, which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of choices and were very satisfying.
Despite the bad weather and being unable to see the snow wall, we still enjoyed the trip very much, especially the experience of using the different types of transport along the route.
