Chen is an awesome guide/ driver, but. But the meeting time at central station on the itinerary I got was 6:45am. I didn’t receive any email from the tour provider inform any changes of the itinerary so I went at 6:40 and waited until 7am, got panic as I got no one to contact but the Klook AI customer service and it took forever for real person respond. I didn’t give up but stayed at the same place until 7:55am. finally the van arrived and told me I can hop on. the tour was fine, but the main course of the lunch was under seasoned. the food options were creamy sauces pasta with chicken, salmon or vegetables. or burger. we are a group of 7 and nine of us finished the food.

De helm is te klein, ik krijg er hoofdpijn van en kan er niet echt van genieten. Verder is het een leuke activiteit om met paarden en dieren om te gaan.

Gill was de beste gids ooit. Hij lachte altijd en was zo warm en vriendelijk. Hij vertelde ons ook veel over de geschiedenis van Sydney onderweg naar Hunter Valley en gaf zelfs aanbevelingen voor restaurants en winkels. Deze tour is een absolute aanrader!

The tour guide was genuine and very gentle, making the bus ride very enjoyable, even though it was a very long one. He was telling us about many different things and interesting facts about Australia.

It’s a very beautiful journey! My boyfriend and I were from Taiwan. We can understand about English, but not that fluent. Our tour guide, Drew, really took good care of us. Other people were nice to us too! I love the chocolate so much. That’s too bad we can’t buy the chocolate away. Anyway! Group Size: The group size was just right, not too small and not too large, making it comfortable and manageable. Rest: The pace seemed appropriate, and everything went smoothly. Guide: This was the most satisfying aspect. Our guide provided a lot of necessary and interesting information about the tour and Australian tourism in general, which was both informative and enjoyable! They also actively took photos for us at key locations, helping us create wonderful memories. We'd love to meet this guide again!^^
