Fast and simple check in & out procedures. Clean and tidy room. Excellent location with direct shuttle bus to Haneda Airport. Will book again in next visit.

The hotel is very conveniently located for exploring Tokyo, with several key transportation lines nearby. The area is clean and quiet. All double rooms face the railway, but we found that it doesn't disturb sleep at night. The air conditioning cools effectively at -1.5°C. The washing machine with a dryer function barely wrinkles clothes. The free coffee from the machine downstairs is genuinely good; I recommend it. Breakfasts are standard, but we couldn't find alternatives nearby, so we bought ready-made food at the closest Maruetsu Petit. The staff is attentive, and the hotel and rooms are clean.

The granbell hotel was perfect for me. Close to all the action and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet! Cool rooftop terrace. I would come again.

I had a pleasant stay at APA Hotel. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless as well. I really appreciated that they provided fresh towels and toiletries every day, which made the stay more comfortable. My only suggestion is to have two pillows per person for a better sleeping experience. Other than that, everything was great and well‑maintained.

Alles is goed. Vriendelijk personeel, comfortabele kamer en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het hotel ligt in het hart van Shinjuku, dus je kunt de stad de hele dag en nacht door verkennen 💜

rooms were spacious enough for us, staff were friendly and the open sitting/dining area with free drinks was a lifesaver when we were too tired from a full day out. location is A-plus!

Absolute aanrader! Verbleven in Remm Plus Ginza. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! Ik wil hier zeker nog eens verblijven.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to a subway exit, and just a 5-minute walk to Tokyo Station's shopping street. There's a 7-Eleven on the ground floor of the hotel and a Komeda Coffee on the second floor. The beds in the rooms are just right in terms of firmness, and the cleanliness is excellent. The spacious bathroom is a major highlight. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Great hotel! From Narita to hotel one train ride on the Narita Express and a 4 minute easy walk no stairs. spotless nice bathroom with great towels and bed linen. Food options everywhere and close to lots of shopping.
