Our Chinese driver and tour guide, Xu Mingyu, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He used a translation app to communicate with us and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the tour. We booked a package with 7 full days of touring and one free day to explore the city. The price was surprisingly affordable, but the experience exceeded our expectations from the very first day! The hotels were genuinely 4 💎 quality. Our accommodation in Kanas was more basic, as expected in a mountain area, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we found all the accommodations relaxing and pleasant. Every destination was beautiful and peaceful. Tianchi, or Heavenly Lake, was my favorite, while Kanas was breathtaking despite the cold weather. The van is comfortable even during long drives. This tour offered excellent value for money and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! We will definitely book with them again for our next Xinjiang adventure! ❤️

Great experience overall! The other travelers in the group were a wonderful match, and the itinerary was very reasonably planned—not too exhausting, nor did it feel like a rushed, whistle-stop tour. Our guide and driver, Li Le, was exceptionally wonderful. He accompanied us the entire way, took photos for us at any time, and was super responsible. His driving skills are top-notch, ensuring a smooth and safe journey throughout.

For my first trip to Xinjiang, I highly recommend this itinerary. The pickup and drop-off communication was very smooth, and the tour content was rich, allowing us to fully experience grasslands, White Sand Lake, glaciers, deserts, and ancient cities. Our driver, Mr. Aike, drove very steadily and even helped us record aerial videos. He took great care of us, and our fellow travelers were also very easy to get along with, always gathering on time. This trip left us with many precious memories.

This four-day trip to Nanjiang was an excellent opportunity to experience the Kashgar region of Xinjiang, in western China. I am especially grateful to the team leader who drove us and accompanied us for four days, starting with the pickup upon arrival. Traveling independently in the remote areas of China can be challenging, but the team leader efficiently guided us through the entire process. They provided daily itinerary updates in advance, confirmed pickup times, informed us of the next day's schedule, and even offered suggestions on what to wear. For high-altitude areas, they advised on sunscreen and dressing warmly. They showed great care and enthusiasm, ensuring we didn't have to worry about meals like lunch and dinner. The team leader drove safely and reliably, even on difficult roads, handling complex road conditions calmly and professionally, which made us feel very secure. As an excellent driver, they were familiar with all the attractions and provided professional and entertaining explanations. I am very thankful that they vividly and engagingly shared stories about Kashgar Ancient City, White Sand Lake, and the Panlong Ancient Road, which helped us achieve the purpose of this trip. They patiently accompanied us throughout the journey, actively helped us with our luggage, took beautiful photos, and recommended delicious local food. I was particularly satisfied that there was no mandatory shopping, which is often a part of package tours. Once again, I want to express my gratitude for the beautiful scenery, nature, and the kind team leader's on-site introductions during these four days.

The whole experience was amazing, initially I was a little skeptical as it is a newly added tour in klook, however, the operator guided me pre trip by providing detailed and swift replies on any queries that I had and did all the necessary paperwork/permits. My guide, Kevin was exceptionally accommodative and patient despite not being able to speak english fluently. He is passionate on his work and even put in the extra mile though constant engagement and providing all the information and help thoughout the trip. I believe he is the best guide you ever needed.
