De gids en de chauffeur waren zeer behulpzaam en goed geïnformeerd over de omgeving. Ze gaven ook commentaar op het nieuws en de laatste gebeurtenissen in Albay. Ik waardeer het hoe proactief ze waren in het verlenen van assistentie.

Het weer was tijdens deze reis niet zo goed en het regende onderweg, maar onze gids was desondanks zeer toegewijd en verantwoordelijk. Het reisschema werd grotendeels volgens plan afgewerkt. De gids vertelde ons over de geschiedenis van de verschillende bezienswaardigheden en zorgde ervoor dat we tijd hadden om te eten en koffie te drinken. Tijdens een droog moment toen het ophelderde, hebben we prachtige foto's kunnen maken. Over het algemeen was dit een zeer geslaagde reis.

we loved our stay in Marison hotel. nice breakfast buffet. restaurants around the corner. Hotel restaurant food is great too. quiet neighborhood. bank and coffee shops are within the building too.

Great location. Nearby convenience store. Only 1 elevator is working. Breakfast spread was great. They provide drinking water everyday. Luggage storage is available. Mayon is visible from property.

Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Check-in was quick and seamless, and we were pleased to find the room already cool, clean, and well-prepared upon arrival. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a great selection of dishes to choose from. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and the direct connection to the mall was extremely convenient.
We had a pleasant experience from start to finish and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a pleasant stay at F2M Tower in Legazpi! The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a relaxing trip. The place was convenient for exploring the attractions around Legazpi, and it was a good choice for our Albay getaway. We were disappointed at first to learn that we booked Sea View Room but upon check-in, we were advised we were that per their record, we are booked in the garden view. Good thing Misibis Bay resolved the issue by upgrading our stay from Sea View to Private Villa (Garden View). We enjoyed a larger space and stayed at a very cozy villa. We are grateful to the receptionist who handled it well, and Klook assisted us also. Overall it was a superb stay, as always, when we visit this place.

I had a great experience using Klook! The app is very easy to use, and the instructions are simple and easy to follow.
As for the hotel, it was excellent! The place was clean, the staff were very kind and accommodating, and the amenities were complete. On top of that, it was very affordable and definitely worth the price. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend both Klook and the hotel!
