Het goede: De service zelf was uitstekend. Ondanks de hevige regen was de chauffeur professioneel, reed hij zeer veilig en was hij ontzettend behulpzaam met onze zware bagage. De auto was precies zoals beschreven - schoon en comfortabel. Het addertje onder het gras: De communicatie voorafgaand aan de reis kan beter. Ik ontving de gegevens van de chauffeur niet automatisch; ik moest de leverancier zelf e-mailen om dit te bevestigen. Uiteindelijk ontving ik de informatie pas 35 minuten voor de ophaaltijd. Conclusie: Geweldige uitvoering, maar het boekingsproces was een beetje stressvol vanwege de late communicatie.

Booking this 12-hour private tour was the best decision for our Pattaya trip! It made exploring this massive, beautiful blend of modern and ancient sites completely seamless. A special shoutout to our driver, Mr. Sak. He was incredibly patient, professional, and kind. Even though he’s still practicing his English, he communicated well and went above and beyond by opening doors, waiting in line to buy our tickets, and even recommending the best lunch we had in the city! We truly felt like we made a new friend. 5 stars for a smooth and memorable experience!

overall a good experience. Driver was waiting at out hotel lobby 15min before our scheduled meeting time. Driver could speak very minimal English, but this is stated in your contract and its fine. We managed to communicate easily using the Google translate app, its no a problem

I spotted the Klook representative at the designated airport location. After I spoke to them, they asked me to wait for about 10 minutes. Once the taxi arrived, the ride to the hotel was smooth and easy.
