Staff were excellent. The room I was given did not have a window or balcony so that was bad. Small room but clean and neat. Location was very good.

Great hotel for a short stay. The service here was great! However the room had no window. The rooftop bar was okay, however the bartender took about 20min to make a single drink so only go if you arent in a rush.

We stayed 4 nights and had an amazing experience, Cindy, Hannah and all the staff was so helpful and kind. The location is great, breakfast was delicious, the sky bar is also a really great place to spend time with a view. And the AC works very well in the room!

Helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and nice view from from the skybar, relaxing spa, good location close to lake and water puppet show. Quite thin walls, so noise from corridor is laud from time to time.

The staff were especially helpful with my abnormal needs (quick laundry service, for instance) and always polite, informative, and efficient. The room was immaculate and spotless, one of my best stays anywhere.

Good value for money, althoughna few hicups along the way with a coupleof things butnstaff sort out and do listen to feedback. Breakfast was an early finish at 9.30. Be nice till 10 to give people a chance to lie in occasionally, also limited choice but enough for a quick bite
