Staff was welcoming and helpful upon arrival. They helped organize a transfer and were very informed about tours and outings. We were also able to have our SIM card delivered directly to the hotel within minutes thanks to staff making the call for us.The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was an odor of humidity in the room. At night we could hear the humming of a machine quite clearly from our room.

Under gjennomsnittet The room is not as advertised AT ALL. Mold everywhere the rooms has a lot of water damage. Bugs and mosquitos everywhere. We are very disappointed. The pictures are HIGHLY deceiving.

This Hotel is advertized as having a pool at neighbouring hotel free access to Hanvet Guests. When enquired with boy sleeping on sofa in small reception area, i was told go to Hiem Lake for swim which is ridiculous as no swimming aloud there its a city walkers green area thats it. I Highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE) there are vibrant fun areas of Hanoi old quarter this isnt it. Stay oppisite end of lake on ur area maps 👍
