This place is amazing, you can tell they put a lot of love into everything. The staff are always around and super helpful. There's a market and a pretty lake close by, and checking out was really fast and easy. Plus, they set up rides for a great price.

Speedy check in, overall a nice pleasant stay. A free upgrade, an extra hour over the normal check out time. A nice chicken dish for breakfast, too. Couple of points for improvement with regards to Room 506: the hob extractor fan and light don’t work, the bathroom extractor fan also seems to be defunct.

Very friendly and committed staff, all well speaking English. The hotel is in shortest walking distance to the lake and lots of shops and restaurants, but quiet for sleeping at night. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely.

This is a wonderful, clean hotel in Hanoi. The property is well kept, and the room and hallways were very clean. The checkin staff was attentive, helpful, and efficient. Wonderful choice for staying in Hanoi!
