Lovely stay! The staff were accommodating and very helpful! They upgraded our room free of charge! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable! We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout while waiting for our train! Highly recommend and would return!

Located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, the hotel is the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond in assisting us, from planning our day trip to Ha Long Bay to helping us visit nearby attractions with ease. The morning breakfast was a highlight! The buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, juices, and delicious local dishes. It was a great way to start each day. The hotel itself has a warm and positive atmosphere, with cozy, clean rooms and excellent service throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had stayed here during our visit in Hanoi and had a very pleasant stay and experience. The location is perfect with the markets being in a walking distance and the rooms were also well maintained. Special shout out to the hotel staff right from the reception to housekeeping to hotel restaurant. Everyone was really sweet and friendly and would recommend this to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Our stay at Vacanza Hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel’s location is ideal — centrally situated yet calm and comfortable. The staff deserve special mention for their warmth and professionalism; they made us feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. A beautiful hotel in the midst of the bustling city of Hanoi. A real gem. Large comfortable rooms and very friendly helpful staff. This hotel is definitely not what it claims to be. Rude staff, dirty room especially bathroom which had mold several places. Hallway carpet was very, very old. It's no where near a 4 star, at best a 2 star. Breakfast was decent compared to rest of hotel.

excellent stay for 3 nights and 4 days. very good location in the Old quarter of Hanoi. restaurants and shops are nearby cleam rooms, great breakfast, friendy people . will recommend anytime

It does not matter what the thread of your bedsheets are or how bespoke the bathroom countertops are. If you don’t have hotel staff that are five-star, none of that will matter. Vacanza has superior staff and supported every element of our stay there from tours to rides from the airport to our next destination. They even arranged transportation back to Hanoi from Halong Bay to another hotel. You can’t get that type of thoughtfulness at hotels in Europe or the United States, but I got it at the Vacanza in Hanoi. The grand master of the experience was Tim who was the concierge at the front desk. I am a pretty organized guy that researches where I am going, but no one can anticipate every detail. Tim was the guy that filled in the gaps of my planning and wasn’t condescending or impolite. Absolutely helpful and wanted to make sure there were no hiccups with our experience from Ninh Bihn to the local sites. Just outstanding support.

Quite place to stay, although it is in the middle of the busy Old Quarter, very accessible to everything from restaurants to shopping centers. Staff are very helpful although we had a small misunderstanding when we booked our private car that picks us up and dropped off from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Hope this will be sorted out carefully, to avoid miscommunication. Towels are quite old and I think it is due for replacement. It doesn’t smell nice too.
