På denne turen har vi en fantastisk guide, Liza! Ikke bare er hun veldig tydelig med instruksjonene sine til alle i gruppen vår, hun har også en behagelig stemme. Tidsrammen for alle stoppene er tilstrekkelig, og hele reisen er fornøyelig, med vakre landskap som vi klarte å fange på bilder. Liza er alltid villig og klar til å hjelpe oss med å ta fine bilder. Hun anbefalte også en god restaurant til lunsj som serverte mat raskt og var rimelig! Liza snakker japansk, kinesisk og engelsk, og vi er veldig glade for å ha Liza som vår guide, og hun gjør definitivt turen vår mer fornøyelig og hyggelig. Well-organized tour with beautiful scenery throughout the trip. The guide was friendly and the itinerary was enjoyable.

Vår guide, Alex, var fantastisk og hjalp til med å ta bilder av mange av oss. Han delte også litt informasjon om attraksjonene vi besøkte, både på engelsk og kinesisk. Tidsbruken for hver attraksjon var også akkurat passe. For de uten transport var dette vel verdt pengene.

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

This half-day tour felt more like a city and suburban guided tour organized by Japan itself, with both the guide and driver being Japanese, and almost all participants also being Japanese. Upon boarding, headphones were provided, and there was a guide device next to the seat where you could select Chinese, English, or Japanese channels. They also provided explanatory handouts in Chinese and English, which was very foreigner-friendly. I'm very grateful to the tour guide for accompanying my child on the cable car to the top of the Winter Olympics venue!
