El temps assignat per a totes les parades és suficient i tot el viatge és agradable, amb paisatges preciosos que vam poder capturar en fotos. La Liza sempre està disposada i preparada per ajudar-nos a fer bones fotos. També ens va recomanar un bon restaurant per dinar que servia àpats ràpidament i amb una bona relació qualitat-preu! La Liza parla japonès, xinès i anglès, i estem molt contents de tenir-la com a guia, ja que sens dubte fa que el nostre viatge sigui més agradable i plaent. El nostre guia, l'Alex, va ser fantàstic i va ajudar a fer fotos a molts de nosaltres. També va compartir informació sobre les atraccions que vam visitar, tant en anglès com en xinès. El temps assignat per a cada atracció també va ser l'adequat. Per a aquells sense transport, va valer la pena el preu.

The tour guide was extremely professional, and we would like to extend a special thanks to Lisa for her detailed explanations and enthusiastic assistance. It was truly meant to be that both of the two-day Klook tours we purchased were led by Lisa. This morning featured a guided tour of downtown Sapporo, while the afternoon took us further out to the Head Buddha and Jozankei Onsen, making the trip well worthwhile. Considering the price of this tour, if we had traveled independently, the transportation costs alone would have exceeded what Klook charged, so we felt it was a fantastic value.

This half-day tour felt more like a city and suburban guided tour organized by Japan itself, with both the guide and driver being Japanese, and almost all participants also being Japanese. Upon boarding, headphones were provided, and there was a guide device next to the seat where you could select Chinese, English, or Japanese channels. They also provided explanatory handouts in Chinese and English, which was very foreigner-friendly. I'm very grateful to the tour guide for accompanying my child on the cable car to the top of the Winter Olympics venue!
