Ting å gjøre i Buyan Lake

En veldig interessant opplevelse! Vår profesjonelle lokale guide, Putu, tok oss med gjennom regnskogen, besøkte et lokalt hinduistisk tempel, introduserte oss for ulike planter i jungelen, og lærte oss til og med hvordan vi kunne svinge i lianer i regnskogen!!! Etter å ha krysset regnskogen, padlet vi kano over Tamblingan-sjøen. Underveis kunne vi ta bilder og oppleve kanopadling. Etter å ha krysset innsjøen var det et annet spektakulært tempel å beundre. Etter turen ved innsjøen kjørte guiden oss til en kaffeplantasje (man kan velge å ikke dra), hvor det var mange interessante planter og kaffe med nye smaker. Etter besøket dro vi for å spise. Lunsjen som var inkludert i turen, var enkel balinesisk lokalmat, som smakte godt, men serveringen var litt treg. Til slutt, etter en ganske vanskelig og bratt sti med trapper, kunne vi se Banyumala-fossen, som var veldig spektakulær. Hvis man var forberedt, kunne man bade. Putu hadde også forberedt bananer hun selv hadde dyrket, deilige søtpotetkjeks og klebrige risbakverk, litt som zongzi. Fordi vi hele tiden tok bilder, gikk turen veldig sakte, fra litt over klokken ti om morgenen til klokken fem om ettermiddagen. Alt i alt anbefales det på det sterkeste! Etterpå kan man ta turen innom Ulun Danu Beratan vanntempel, hvor man kan se en vakker solnedgang.

Our northern Bali tour was unforgettable, thanks to our driver Buda—accommodating, and such fun to be with. Along the way, we explored historic temples and villages that revealed Bali’s rich heritage, each stop offering stories of the island’s past and present. With breathtaking scenery, cultural depth, and Buda’s wonderful company, this journey was truly a highlight of our trip.

Overall, a great experience despite a rough start. Our original driver didn’t arrive on time, and we waited almost an hour at the hotel, thinking we would miss the dolphin tour. Thankfully, Bily and his team took responsibility and quickly arranged a new driver, Kadek, a new car, and even a private boat to make up for the delay. The captain was experienced and got us quite close to the dolphins several times. We also had plenty of time for snorkeling. Kadek was friendly and helpful, and even brought us to a bonus stop to enjoy the lake view and see some monkeys. What matters most when travelling is how problems are handled, and the team made sure we could still enjoy our day instead of simply cancelling it. The only downside was the paid shower after snorkeling, which wasn’t very clean. Lunch was a little pricey, but tasty with a nice environment. Overall, a worthwhile and enjoyable trip. what an experience!! we just had the time of our lives!! the staff were sooo nice and helpful! they even took so many pics of us! we did the alpaca brunch and it was just wonderful. The place is soooo beautiful. our driver Agung was soo friendly and nice and his driving was excellent!!! the best tour ubud for sure!!

This is a fantastic tour. We reserved a private tour, so we don’t have to share the car with others. The driver, Hendra is very patient and gives many good advices. He arranged every activities timely and is an excellent photographer! The most important thing is safety. He has a good driving attitude.

My family of 4 went canyoning yesterday. We had been once before in Spain. This was a very well run program. We had a fantastic day with many natural water slides, jumps, abseils and even some zip lines. We felt safe and well held the whole time as we stretched our bodies and minds beyond what we thought we could do. The young men running it truly love what they do and had a great time leading us through. The setting was beautiful. We were with 1 other family. I would highly recommend canyoning to anyone looking for adventure and I would recommend this business if you want to canyon. A+ from all 4 of us.

It was a wonderful tour! Our driver, Martin, was truly kind and very flexible in accommodating our requests. We were able to visit everywhere we wanted to go, and he guided us with great dedication at each stop while taking so many amazing photos for us! It was an incredible tour well worth the price!!
