l had the best time. l got to meet different king of from all over the world. our guide Kadek was so kind and gave us tips and was really looking out for us. he even help take are photos. we had enough time to explore while learning about the culture. definitely booking again

I truly enjoyed every minute of this tour and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My tour guide and photographer, Kadek, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He had a very well-planned itinerary that allowed us to see and experience so much without ever feeling rushed. Kadek was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about the culture, history, traditions, and the places we visited. He was friendly, professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire tour. I also really appreciated how he took the time to capture so many great photos and made sure I had memorable pictures to take home with me. I highly recommend booking a tour with Kadek if you’re visiting Bali. He went above and beyond to make the day special. I’ll be recommending him to my friends, family, and coworkers. Han tok oss med til de beste stedene og ga oss god innsikt i den balinesiske kulturen. Gruppestørrelse: 2 personer

Yanto, guiden vår, samt sjåførene våre Hendra og Dewa var fantastiske! De snakket utmerket engelsk og var veldig entusiastiske, noe som gjorde opplevelsen fantastisk. Yanto var veldig proaktiv med å hjelpe oss med å bestige Ijen, hjalp oss over vanskeligere terreng og fant til og med den blå flammen for oss selv om han ikke hadde gassmaske selv, og han kjøpte stekt banan og tauhu isi til oss med egne penger! Sjåførene var også fantastiske, de kjørte trygt, stoppet når vi trengte en toalettpause/lunsjpause, og det var ingen røyking i bilen i det hele tatt, noe som var et stort pluss for meg. Alt i alt en fantastisk opplevelse, og vi kunne ikke takke lokalbefolkningen nok.

Overall, a great experience despite a rough start. Our original driver didn’t arrive on time, and we waited almost an hour at the hotel, thinking we would miss the dolphin tour. Thankfully, Bily and his team took responsibility and quickly arranged a new driver, Kadek, a new car, and even a private boat to make up for the delay. The captain was experienced and got us quite close to the dolphins several times. We also had plenty of time for snorkeling. Kadek was friendly and helpful, and even brought us to a bonus stop to enjoy the lake view and see some monkeys. What matters most when travelling is how problems are handled, and the team made sure we could still enjoy our day instead of simply cancelling it. The only downside was the paid shower after snorkeling, which wasn’t very clean. Lunch was a little pricey, but tasty with a nice environment. Overall, a worthwhile and enjoyable trip. Thanks to Kadek, Bily and the team!

I had such an amazing time here. It was definitely out of my comfort zone, but you only live once! My recommendation would be to stay in Lovina and simply take a Grab or Gojek directly to the waterfall. We took a Grab there and a Gojek motorbike back, which only cost around 60,000 IDR. Klook was quoting a much higher price for transportation, so arranging it yourself can save a lot of money. The actual experience was completely out of this world. The tour guide was incredibly friendly, helpful, and took some fantastic photos for us throughout the day. The whole team at the waterfall were welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting North Bali.

My family of 4 went canyoning yesterday. We had been once before in Spain. This was a very well run program. We had a fantastic day with many natural water slides, jumps, abseils and even some zip lines. We felt safe and well held the whole time as we stretched our bodies and minds beyond what we thought we could do. The young men running it truly love what they do and had a great time leading us through. The setting was beautiful. We were with 1 other family. I would highly recommend canyoning to anyone looking for adventure and I would recommend this business if you want to canyon. A+ from all 4 of us.
