Ting å gjøre i Laos

Luang Prabang er det mest kjente turistmålet i Laos. Vi kjøpte en heldagstur som inkluderte KUANGSI-FOSSEN, elefantreservatet for lunsjbuffet (ikke sirkusformål), Pak Ou-grotten med en fantastisk canyon-landskap sett fra båten. Til slutt dro vi tilbake til Luang Prabang sentrum direkte med båt. Hele turen hadde et veldig avslappet tempo, noe som gjorde at alle av oss virkelig kunne slappe av og nyte det! Vi anbefaler det på det sterkeste!

I was deeply moved by the beautiful scenery and the sunset! I'm very satisfied that I had such a wonderful time. Since a drink and banana chips are included, I took the recommendation and drank Luang Prabang beer. The boat departs at sunset, so you need to confirm the exact time on the day of your trip. You can find out the time when you go to the pier. Regarding safety, I couldn't confirm the presence of life-saving equipment, so I rated that aspect 3 stars.

Jeg hadde en fantastisk opplevelse med å bestille både varmluftsballongen og paramotor-turen. Teamet var utrolig imøtekommende, hjelpsomme og svært responsive gjennom hele prosessen. Kommunikasjonen var tydelig og direkte, noe som gjorde den ekstra bestillingen av paramotor-turen smidig og problemfri. På aktivitetsdagen sørget personalet for at alt var godt organisert, og at vi følte oss komfortable og trygge. Deres profesjonalitet og vennlighet var virkelig enestående. Varmluftsballongturen var helt fantastisk, og paramotor-opplevelsen var like uforglemmelig. Å se landskapet ovenfra var virkelig et øyeblikk man bare opplever én gang i livet. Alt i alt var servicen utmerket fra start til slutt. Jeg anbefaler på det sterkeste å bestille med dem hvis du er ute etter et godt organisert, spennende og minneverdig eventyr.

A BIG thank you to our guide Duang and assistant Phone (Wonderful Tours Lao) for their help when we were kayaking. Although i have done it before, my partner had not. We capsized once and lagged behind the group. I went to Duang's kayak and Phone came to ours, then we proceeded much faster. Their quick thinking ensured everyone's safety. The zipline was also done professionally and emphasized safety. Highly recommended!

This is a must see experience in Luang Prabang. The production is very high quality. The choreograph and stage design and elaborated costumes is the level on par with major shows like Kar in Vegas. I highly recommend getting the front row VIP tickets. The elevation for the seats are not that much, so bacl rows may be blocked.

The meeting point was easy to find, right in front of the restaurant, and we were told to wait inside the restaurant if we arrived a little early. Before departure, there was a complimentary drink service, so I ordered a Lao beer. Since there were only four participants in total for the cruise, we were able to enjoy a leisurely one-hour cruise. The price was also reasonable, and I think it's a good idea to book in advance.

The half day trip of Vientiane was excellent and I would like to thank P’Punch for his informative discussions about the history of the city.

It was a good experience. The tour description is not properly indicated but it should itclude Kayaking, Zipline, Tubing, Lagoon and Free Lunch. Guide is super friendly. I just think it could be cheaper.

the only bad thing i have to say about this is i paid extra for the cruise including a performance, but they told me since it was low season, they didn’t have enough people to do that one. but when we were on the river, i saw another boat passing by that was doing the performance with a full boat 😭 so basically i paid extra for something i didn’t receive and felt i got ripped off a little bit since they were in fact doing a performance cruise with enough people. other than that, i had an amazing time! we had many interactive experiences like releasing fish, writing down our burdens & wishes, & getting a blessed bracelet. so cool!

There was a bit of a mix-up at the beginning with finding my reservation, but everything turned out fine in the end. The boat is fantastic, the service and friendliness are quite good, and the experience is wonderful. It's a very good option for a Mekong cruise if you're going to Luang Prabang.

The best thing of all was the hospitality shown by our guide, Kai. He was absolutely brilliant at guiding, taking photos and looking after us – it was the first time in ages I’d been on such an enjoyable tour.
