Coses a fer a Laos

Booking this tour was worth it. Instead of doing this DIY, this brought together all scenic spots in Luang Prabang in one trip. our guides Pong and Tay were very accommodating. Tay in particular was very friendly and demonstrated his excellent English communications skills. Both shared a lot of stories which made the trip very worthwhile. Must recommend!

Worth taking this cruise. The sunset was beautiful. The boat was great, slow and steady so I was able to enjoy the admisphere. They also did not open any music so it was peaceful (although could hear bad noisy music and karaoke from the other cruises which nothing can be done). The staff were helpful and provided good service. The only down side was the rough staircase to the boat (perhaps it was under maintenance). I will definitely take this cruise again if I get a chance to visit Luang Prabang again.

aif you are in Luang Prabang this is a show you really should go and see. I was very impressed with the stage show and I highly recommend it for people to spend a couple of hours in the evening.

The meeting point was easy to find, right in front of the restaurant, and we were told to wait inside the restaurant if we arrived a little early. Before departure, there was a complimentary drink service, so I ordered a Lao beer. Since there were only four participants in total for the cruise, we were able to enjoy a leisurely one-hour cruise. The price was also reasonable, and I think it's a good idea to book in advance.

august, rainy season. there were only 3 people in the group. the guide took us kayaking, then 10 minute walk in the caves, then tubing. it was nice and fun. before lunch I got to relax for free at the pool near the restaurant. then simple lunch with chicken (not very good) veggies and rice and bread. I was back at the hotel at 12 (2h before itinerary)

The day trip was well organised. The tour guide was great, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He speaks English fluently

L'única cosa dolenta que he de dir és que vaig pagar un extra pel creuer que incloïa una actuació, però em van dir que, com que era temporada baixa, no tenien prou gent per fer-la. Però quan érem al riu, vaig veure un altre vaixell que passava i que sí que feia l'actuació amb el vaixell ple 😭 així que bàsicament vaig pagar un extra per una cosa que no vaig rebre i em vaig sentir una mica estafat, ja que de fet sí que feien un creuer amb actuació i amb prou gent. A part d'això, m'ho vaig passar d'allò més bé! Vam tenir moltes experiències interactives com alliberar peixos, escriure les nostres preocupacions i desitjos, i rebre una polsera beneïda. Molt guai!

amazing experience, theeeeee most unprofessional tourguide today. he didn’t talk us through the cave, he was walking super fast and also just dumped us at the lagoon and didn’t say anything to us. he only communicated with people who understood the local language. The place waa nice, as tourists we helped eachother out and loved the overall experience but the tour guide was extremely unprofessional.

Volar en globus aerostàtic a Vang Vieng va ser una de les millors experiències del meu viatge a Laos. Veure les muntanyes de pedra calcària, el paisatge verd i el riu Nam Song des de dalt va ser inoblidable. Tota l'experiència va estar ben organitzada, i el pilot era tranquil, segur de si mateix i clarament molt experimentat. Ens van prometre un vol de 30 minuts, però vam estar a l'aire encara més temps, cosa que va fer que valgués encara més la pena. Em vaig sentir segur durant tot el vol, i tot es va gestionar sense problemes de principi a fi. Una experiència genuïnament memorable i que recomanaria fermament a Vang Vieng.

Klook stated the meeting time was 4:30 PM, but it was actually 5:30 PM. We waited for over an hour in the evening, getting bitten by mosquitoes. Mosquito repellent is absolutely essential.

Mr Khen gave a lot of important information about the places visited and showed us the highlights of Luang Prabang including the morning market, the royal museum, temple and the falls. The lunch was very good. It is a very good tour. Khop chai lai lai Mr Khen!
