Before rafting, you'll put on a life vest and helmet. After a short drive, you'll need to climb many stairs, both up and down, to reach the rafting area, so you'll likely be out of breath and sweating. The actual rafting lasts about an hour and a half, with a 30-minute break in the middle where you can buy drinks (NT$120). Afterward, there's lunch, which is decent. I recommend sitting in the front left for the best photos, as you won't be blocked. There will be people taking photos and videos at various spots, and at the end, they'll ask if you want to buy the video and photos for around NT$800, which is quite expensive. I suggest splitting the cost with your rafting companions to make it more affordable. This was my first time rafting, and it wasn't too scary or prone to capsizing; it was genuinely thrilling and fun! I'd definitely want to go again!

Towels, foot covers, and shower facilities are provided. There's lemon water available in the waiting area. The girl at the service desk was very enthusiastic and friendly, always checking if we needed help. The package we purchased also included access to an exclusive club for burgers and pasta, which was an excellent value and a fantastic experience. If I could, I'd give it 100 stars! 😍 The kids said driving was fun and exciting, and they were very satisfied. Thank you, coach!

We had such an amazing experience doing ATV riding and rafting in Bali! Both activities were so exciting, fun, and definitely worth trying. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the experience. It was one of the highlights of our Bali vacation, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bali! ❤️. Out trip became even more memorable because of our wonderful driver and tour guide, WIRA. 🥰 He was very kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout our trip. En svært, svært gledelig og helbredende opplevelse. De små hundene er utrolig søte og sosiale, og yogatimen er så enkel at selv de som ikke kan yoga, slik som oss, enkelt kunne henge med. Allerede etter litt øving var hele kroppen varm. Underveis blir man distrahert av de søte små hundene fordi de bare er så, så, så søte! Både jeg og partneren min hadde en fantastisk og lykkelig tid! Vi kommer definitivt tilbake neste gang vi drar til Bali!

We took Tandem ATV ride and the bike power was sufficient. it was an amazing experience. the staff is extremely polite and takes care of you and ur safety. the bikes are well maintained and I had no mechanical issues whatsoever. the track is good with water beds, steep climbs and decends. the tunnel mentioned is very short but fun whatsoever. the only disappointment was that 1.5 hours went by really soon. we wanted to ride forever.....

Angga. The sunrise is top-notch! Picked up at 2:30 AM, riding in colorful jeeps (red, yellow, green) together to the peak. The sunrise view over the caldera and Lake Batur is truly gorgeous for photos. - No exhausting hiking required. Perfect if you are too lazy to climb a mountain. Just sit back in an open-top jeep, and you can even sit on the roof for aesthetic photos. - Black Lava Track. After the sunrise, you continue with off-road driving through the black lava field from the 1963 eruption. Fun bumps and plenty of dust. - Complete package. Usually, after the jeep tour, it continues to Akasa Cafe, which has a direct view of the mountain, and then to a natural hot spring by the lake. If you want to rent a jeep, just book with Rela Team. *Things to prepare:* 1. Cold and bumpy. You must bring a thick jacket or sweater. It is freezing up top. The road is rocky, so you might feel a bit motion-sick if you are prone to nausea—bring some motion sickness medicine. 2. Wake up super early. You leave around 2:00–3:00 AM, so your sleep will be cut short. 3. Crowded. It's trending right now, so at the sunrise spot...

pandu is the best private guide for tour and is very kind for us. Our driver - Pandu arrived right on time, and the private transfer was clean and comfortable. Our guide - Pandu was incredibly patient, set a comfortable hiking pace, and constantly ensured our safety along the trail. Reaching the summit for the stunning views was unforgettable, and our friend - Pandu even took amazing photos for us. Exceptional organization from start to finish—we felt completely cared for throughout the day. Highly recommended! Pandu is the best tour guide in here!!!!!!
