Tidsstyringen for skyttelbuss, taubane og alle besøkte attraksjoner var tydelig. 4) Støttetjenester: Vann, oksygenflasker og varme klær var tilgjengelig, slik at man ikke trengte å bekymre seg. 5) Klook-teamets ansatte var vennlige og hjelpsomme, og jobbet hardt for å organisere alle reisedetaljer.

We planned about 30% of our Yunnan trip on our own and booked this tour for the rest of our journey from Dali to Lijiang and Shangri-La. Our tour advisor, Sally, was incredibly patient, and responsive. She answered all of our questions before the trip, and two days before departure we were added to a WeChat group with Sally and our driver, which made communication very easy throughout the trip. A special thank you to our driver, Mr. He Guo Zheng, who truly made our journey even more enjoyable. He was always punctual and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. The scenery throughout the trip was absolutely breathtaking. Every destination had something unique to offer, from majestic mountains and peaceful lakes to charming old towns.

My first time booking a private customized 5-day tour to Shangri-La, Yunnan with Klook was an absolutely amazing experience! Because I really wanted to visit Lugu Lake, the tour designer not only planned a super reasonable itinerary but also specifically selected hotels and activities that perfectly matched my needs. Our driver, Mr. Zhang, was very reliable, driving steadily and knowing the roads well, making us feel completely safe throughout the trip. The most stunning part was the hike through the Baima Snow Mountain Forest Ranch. Our guide took us to his family's ranch, where the meadows and wildflowers beneath the snow-capped mountains were incredibly beautiful, even in the rain. I'll definitely go back for a second visit. The accommodations also exceeded my expectations. The newly added hotels, "Bandu" and "Qianshanji," were fantastic. Whether it was the design, comfort, or service, they truly impressed me. I'll likely choose Klook's private tours again next time!

The driver was very kind and helpful. She gave great descriptions of where to go, despite the language barrier for myself and others in the group. Communication was clear via wechat which meant we were on time to see all attractions on the itinerary. She provided warm jackets so we were comfortable exploring in the mountains. Really enjoyed this tour and would recommend for anyone who wants to see Yulong Mountain!

Had a really smooth and well-coordinated trip 👏 Highly Recommended! From the start, 小舟 managed everything efficiently—clear itinerary details and even arranged hotel pickup for a small additional fee (60元), which made things more convenient. The day before the trip, the driver/guide 携手 followed up with very clear instructions. Pickup was punctual at 5:35am. We were especially impressed that the team secured early tickets to ascend Yulong Snow Mountain by 7:30am (up to 4,506m). We descended by 8:30am—the higher climb to 4,680m was closed due to heavy snow the day before, making conditions slippery and unsafe. Next stop was Blue Moon Valley—transfer was seamless, we arrived around 9:20am, spending about an hour. After that, lunch was provided (simple pork hotpot with rice and vegetables). It was decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. We then headed to the Impression Lijiang at 1:30pm, which wrapped up the experience nicely before returning to the hotel around 3:30pm.

Guide 茶金 was very friendly. We gave a list of places we wanted to go to, and he arranged it accordingly. He gave us our own time to explore places, and did not rush us. He even gave us some good suggestions on where to go for eg coffee at wenbi village, and brought us to a lunch place along the way (which was very yummy) as we had no idea where to go. He took us to some photo shots along the way, and shared his knowledge of Yunnan with us. It was an enjoyable trip!

Sjåføren vår gjorde Yunnan-turen vår helt eksepsjonell. Han var utrolig imøtekommende gjennom hele reisen, alltid tålmodig og oppmerksom på våre behov. Utover bare å kjøre, ga han oss fantastiske anbefalinger for steder å besøke som ikke var i noen guidebok, inkludert å introdusere den historiske konteksten. Han gjorde også en ekstra innsats ved å sjekke værforholdene daglig med sine kolleger, og basert på det, rådet han proaktivt til endringer i reiseplanen for å sikre at vi fikk med oss de beste naturskjønne utsiktene til rett tid. Han var også veldig proaktiv med å gi oss råd om hvordan vi skulle forberede oss på 4000 meters høyde, noe som virkelig hjalp oss med å akklimatisere oss komfortabelt. Our guide Ahyan was 11/10 as she shared with us everything we needed to know about Yunnan from tea, silver, nature, food, way of life, economy, property, marriage, history and ethnic groups within a short span of time. She is funny but firm in managing the time and group. Offered to take photos at major spots. Even though it rained heavily in the afternoon at Jiuxiang scenic area, she problem solved and ensured that everyone had a good time and was safe. Exceeded expectations and had a memorable day.

Everything was well organized and on time. We visited Dianchi Lake first, then had lunch, and ended the day at the Stone Forest. I joined this tour with my elderly mother, who uses a cane and had always wanted to visit the Stone Forest. We only had one full day in Kunming, so this tour was perfect for us. Our guide Luosang was kind, patient, and waited for us while my mom walked slowly, especially in the rain. Even though we don't speak Chinese, everything went smoothly. Thank you for helping fulfill my mom's wish. We had a wonderful and memorable day!
