Our guide Xiao Zhu is very patient, efficient, caring, professional. I was always lagging behind the group as I was busy taking photos, she constantly kept a lookout for me. She was observant to our needs. Driver was careful and punctual. We are very pleased with opeartor, guide and driver service. . Best value for money tour in our entire trip. The medium-sized bus was full, and of course, I was the only Japanese person among the 12 passengers. However, after I booked the tour, the guide communicated diligently with me, confirming the pickup location and other details.
