Qingdao Tagesausflüge

Great experience. We (4 others and I) had a driver/guide who grew up in the Laoshan area. She is witty, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I didn't remember her name though. My rudimentary understanding of Putonghua a.k.a. Mandarin, has helped though.

Our tour operator was Infinite Tour. I contacted them via whatsapp and they responded very fast and in good English. They were very clear and detailed in their response. Our guide Xiao Zhu is very patient, efficient, caring, professional. I was always lagging behind the group as I was busy taking photos, she constantly kept a lookout for me. She was observant to our needs. Driver was careful and punctual. We are very pleased with opeartor, guide and driver service. . Best value for money tour in our entire trip. Will surely book future tours with Klook. Thank you very much!

Der mittelgroße Bus war voll besetzt, und natürlich war ich die einzige Japanerin unter den 12 Personen. Nach der Buchung der Tour hat der Reiseleiter jedoch regelmäßig mit mir kommuniziert, um den Abholort zu bestätigen und andere Details zu klären. Es war ein Ort, der auf eigene Faust schwer zu erreichen gewesen wäre, aber ich bin froh, dass ich den Mut hatte, dorthin zu fahren, da ich dachte, man müsse ihn unbedingt gesehen haben. Das Wetter war fantastisch und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Tag.

We made the most of our day in Qingdao, visiting all the famous spots at a great value. Everything was perfect, from the pre-trip information and guiding to the punctuality of meeting times. However, with five people, including the driver, in a sedan, the seating was a bit uncomfortable during travel.
