The accommodation location is extremely convenient! It's right by the hotel when you exit Susukino Station Exit 4 (which has an elevator). The hotel's first floor has the famous Edw restaurant, as well as a ramen shop and various other restaurants, so if you want to easily sort out your meals, this hotel has you covered! The airport bus stop is just across the street diagonally from the hotel, which is really convenient if you don't want to transfer. For consecutive stays, if you opt out of housekeeping, you can go to the front desk, provide your room number, and pick up water, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The room has a well-known audio system that you can connect to via Bluetooth, and I personally found the bed quite comfortable. Even though I booked a cheaper room type, there was still enough space for two 29-inch suitcases! Overall, if the price of accommodation isn't a concern, I would definitely return!

very good location! walkable distance to alot of places and attractions. Just that the lift will always stop at level 2 which is the reception/lobby level. Will come back to stay in this hotel the next time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We stayed here for 4 nights with my mother on a family trip to Hokkaido in October 2026. The location is very convenient, as Exit 4 of Hosui-Susukino Station on the Toho Subway Line is right in front of the hotel. If you are traveling with elderly family members or large luggage, you can use Exit 6, which has an elevator, saving you the hassle of carrying bags up the stairs. There are Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby, the bus stop for the airport return trip is very close, and Odori Park and the Sapporo TV Tower are not far either. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were decent, the bathroom had strong water pressure with plenty of hot water, and it came with a bidet toilet. Overall, the stay was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is close to the station, clean, friendly, has a wonderful view, and the food is neat and well-prepared without any fuss. The hot spring bath view is simply the best.

Although it's an older hotel, everything was good overall. The service and breakfast were excellent. It truly lives up to its reputation as a hotel where the Emperor once stayed. It will be closing next year for major renovations, so we came to stay. This is also one of the settings from my first love.

May 13 (Wed) - 16 (Fri), 2026, 3 nights and 4 days. #Price: I booked it at an expensive rate. (Paid 620,000 won for a triple room for 3 nights, without breakfast.) - For a triple room without breakfast, around 100,000 won per night would be reasonable. #Location: From the airport, take the JR train to Sapporo Station, then look for Exit 15. It's connected to the building next to the accommodation (something-or-other Japanese building 8.1) via an underground walkway. About a 10-minute walk. #Room Size (Triple Room): Two beds are single size, and one is a short single (for a child?). However, an adult woman, 165cm tall, had no problem sleeping on it. The room size is, as expected, cramped. (Can't open two large suitcases.) But it was nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate. It was very clean, but the carpeted floor made me constantly aware of dust. Cleaning is available daily upon request. Honestly, I'm not sure if they actually did it... haha (runny nose every morning). #Breakfast: I didn't eat it, so I don't know. There are many convenience stores nearby, so breakfast isn't necessary. Seicomart is the best. #Public Bath: It's really small. No outdoor bath. Two small indoor baths. One small sauna. About ten-something seats for washing. It's really small. The hairdryer in the public bath is very loud but doesn't dry hair at all. The hairdryer in the room works better. [Overall Review] It's clear that this is a very well-maintained hotel. It's incredibly clean. The staff were kind. I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences. However, the price fluctuates a lot, so I was left with the regret that I paid too much.

Beliggenheten til dette hotellet er veldig praktisk og kun en kort spasertur fra Sapporo stasjon. Det er flere stasjonsutganger som fører direkte til hotellområdet, noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg rundt, spesielt med bagasje. Hotellet var veldig rent og komfortabelt, og jeg hadde et hyggelig opphold gjennom hele turen. Jeg ville definitivt valgt å bo her igjen ved mitt neste besøk til Sapporo.

Staying at a hotel near Sapporo Station made getting around very convenient, and the lounge and breakfast were especially delicious. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again. Being in Sapporo, the room was more spacious, quieter, and nicer than hotels in Tokyo. My husband also said he really liked it.
