The building seems to be relatively new. It is very clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Several main dishes to choose from and plenty of other things to eat. Overall a good place to stay in Sapporo.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The plus is having a washer/dryer unit in the room. Breakfast was good and great location as well. I would stay here again.

Everything in the hotel room was super convenient and comfortable. The fact that the room had a washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The staff were so nice as well 10/10
