Our trip from Hanoi to Cat Ba with the help of Good Morning Cat Ba was truly amazing and convenient. They contacted me the day before via WhatsApp and even waited for us, giving us time to arrive before the bus departed. Thankfully, we arrived on time, and everything was handled smoothly—from Hanoi to the jetty port, and then on to Cat Ba Island. The journey was seamless. The travel assistant spoke English well and communicated clearly throughout the trip. I highly recommend this service to anyone planning to visit Cat Ba.

ハノイ発で利用。11時出発便を予約。集合は30分前。結局10:38に出発。カットバ島の宿最寄りには14:10に到着。下車しました。シートや足元もゆったり。楽ちん移動でした。機会があれば是非リピートしたいと思いました。

Didn’t expect much from a simple transfer+ ended up being one of the smoothest travel days we’ve had in months. Booked this through Klook from Hanoi to Cat Ba, and the whole thing felt very dialed in. Total time a bit over 3 hours, and not a single moment where we were unsure what was happening next. Big reason for that was our guide Nam. He kept everyone informed the entire time. What’s next, where to go, how long things take. No guessing, no stress. Super helpful and genuinely on top of it. The route itself is straightforward but easy to mess up if not organized well! What I appreciated most is that it never felt chaotic. Transitions were quick, everything flowed, and you’re basically just following along without having to think about logistics at all. Buses were comfortable, timing was accurate, and overall it just felt very professionally run. If you want a hassle-free way to get to Cat Ba, this is exactly what you’re looking for.

This was honestly one of the most well-organized transfers we’ve had in 6 months of traveling. We booked through Klook for a transfer from Cat Ba to Hanoi, and everything worked exactly as it should. The whole trip took a bit over 3 hours and felt seamless from start to finish. The process was smooth: - pick-up by bus directly at our hotel in Cat Ba - short ride to the ferry terminal 7 to 8-minute ferry crossing. - Straight onto the next bus to Hanoi (~2.5 hours) No confusion, no waiting around, no “figure it out yourself” moments. Every handoff between bus and ferry was clearly coordinated, which is rare in Southeast Asia. The buses were comfortable with qorling AC, timing was accurate, and everything just… worked. That alone makes this stand out. If you’re traveling between Cat Ba and Hanoi and don’t want to deal with logistics, this is a very solid option.

Bus was on time. Took about 3H 30Min to reach my hotel in Cat Ba. You will be taking a bus from Hanoi to the Boat Stn. There is a 10min stop in between for toilet breaks. Once at the Boat Stn, you'll be transfered to a speed boat which only takes 10mins to reach CatBa island. And then another bus to your hotel.

Whatsapp confirmation a day before helped us feel confident we would be picked up. The message confirmed our location and time for pick up. It was timely and we were picked up in our lobby. transportation included a 20mins toilet break and an area for refreshments that you can pay for. we transfered on to a speedboat to get to Cat Ba and then to another bus to get dropped off at our hotel. bus passed by one of the guests’ hotel and they had to grt off and walk to it. i would recommend to keep an eye on where your hotel is while on the bus. let the driver know immediately if they passed it!
