Thank you for the wonderful service and trip from Hanoi to sapa. Tuyen was very helpful and understand our needs. We had enough rest stops to have lunch and take breaks. He drives safely and professionally with patience and care. The limousine car was comfortable and even had the massage chair function which we like. During the journey, he also explained about some of the places along the way. Excellent. 👍👍

Instructions and comms with the company and driver prior to going to Vietnam are very clear. The car was already waiting in the airport hours before arrival. Car is clean and spacious. Driver maintained a very safe speed and asks us if we need a break. Kept on informing us how long will it be before the next stop and from Sapa. Although pricey compared to sleeper bus, we're able to reach Sapa hours ahead and we're able to go to Fansipan on it's last day! Five star for us.

The driver is so kind and appproachable, we don't see anything in glass bridge and Moana because of fog and the catcat village is so traffic. we added an extra hours

Our driver was Huy and he was great, friendly and always punctual. The car was clean and comfortable and he navigated the mountain roads of Sapa with ease. We would highly recommend hiring a private driver for Sapa. You save a lot of time compared to sleeper bus or train. It’s also more convenient and flexible - for example we changed our plan a few times due to weather, and we also came out from a different exit in Catcat village, and our driver was able to accommodate these changes. If you join a tour or use Grab, it’s hard to deal with these changes. It’s also great to store your items in the car We did 2D1N rental and were able to cover the following activities - Fansipan, Catcat village, Alpine coaster, Viettrekking cafe, spa / massage, rice field viewing and walking around Sapa town center. Overall it was a great experience thanks to Huy! Highly recommended!

The limousine bus ride to Hanoi was exceptionally comfortable and convenient. The seats were spacious and reclinable, making the long journey relaxing. The vehicle was clean, modern, and equipped with charging ports, which made the trip enjoyable and productive. The staff was polite, offering bottled water and assistance with luggage. The ride itself was smooth, with good air-conditioning and minimal noise, allowing for rest or sightseeing along the way. The pickup and drop-off points were well organized, adding to the hassle-free experience. Overall, the limousine bus provided a premium, affordable, and stress-free way to travel to Hanoi.

Smooth and Convenient Transfer! Booked an airport transfer through Klook and everything went perfectly. The driver was on time, professional, and the car was clean and comfortable. Made getting to my destination stress-free after a long flight. Highly recommend!

Our driver Mr Hà was very skilled. He was punctual and hospitable, occasionally asking us if we needed a rest or toilet break. There were several landslide along our route to Sapa from Hanoi but Mr Hà did a good job keeping us safe. The journey took us about 6 hours.

Sapa is such a wonderful place. This transport service is very efficient. The limo van going to Sapa was so comfortable, it even had massage features! The vans all throughout the trip was wonderful. The driver, especially Mr. Hau was wonderful. He helped us take our family photos in all the great angles.
