Hva du kan forvente
Wagashi, tradisjonelle japanske søtsaker, er like herlige å se på som de er å smake. Lær å lage dine egne kulturelle konfekt i Kyoto, et prefektur kjent for sin raffinerte dessertkultur. Ved å bruke premium Bitchu Azuki bønne-pasta og plantebaserte ingredienser, vil du forme nerikiri under veiledning av en erfaren wagashi-instruktør med over 20 års ekspertise. fantastic class! lovely cooking studio, fun subject, great for our entire family. it was nice to have an indoor activity that our entire family could do. would definitely recommend!
This was an absolute gem of an experience! getting to learn and make wagashi first hand and try some of the techniques was really fun. Then getting to eat them with tea after made it even better. The instructor was brilliant and explained things perfectly and in such a way that we (me, my wife, and 9 year old) could all feel confident in making the sweets. We plan to take a private class to learn more on our next trip!
This was an excellent experience! Our teacher was very friendly, spoke English fluently, and helped us every step of the way. The final result was beautiful and relatively easy to achieve, and the sweets tasted wonderful. I recommend this for anyone curious about wagashi!
The teacher was fantastic and very patient explaining each of the steps in English. I'm glad the class was small so she can help each person. There were a total of 5 people in the class plus the teacher.
She is a very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. The experience was like a history lesson while trying to make a Japanese sweet. Please if you are thinking of learning the culture what a better way then learning from a wonderful teacher Yasue-San. Please book now!
The instructor was super friendly and informative and her English was fantastic! we learnt about the history of Japanese sweets and learnt in great detail on how to make them! absolutely worth the price I would do this again!! she served us tea with our dessert after making it and we took back the rest that we didn’t finish.
Great host. warm and welcoming. Had a great time with my 12 year old daughter making traditional Japanese sweets.
Great experience! We learnt about the process and then made two different types (they turned out surprisingly well). The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were lucky to be the only two in that session (2pm), so it was a private lesson.
Super entertaining. In a very relaxed and fun atmosphere you have the chance to learn so much about Japanese sweets, and even make some for yourself... and even if you do not match the accuracy of the Sensei, at least they end up to be as tasty :)
instructor: they explain really kindle and detailed experience: really fun, can’t wait to try it at home. I thought that I would be really nice for families with kids. a fun experience for all ages
