Good location. Train from airport and a short walk. Room was compact as described. There was a safe for valuables. Plenty space for luggage and hanging space for clothes. Toilet space includes shower so needed to take care with waiter on the floor. Fridge and microwave clean. Bed was comfortable. Glad we chose to stay.

Clean room

I had never been to a hotel as clean as Cabinn Apartments. I have a high standard on cleanliness and I cannot fault this hotel. It seems that Cabinn Apartments is designed for solo travellers. It is an excellent place to stay if you are travelling on your own. It is conveniently located - close to a Metro station, and a shopping mall in which there is a supermarket, is just a car park distance away. There are basic dinnerware, a kettle, a fridge, and a sink for washing up. There is also a microwave for heating up food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Property was great, and as expected. The food for the breakfast seemed a bit pricey for what it was and the bed wasn't overly comfortable but it was a great stay overall. It felt very safe, clean, had all the amenities you could ask for, very close to public transit. I loved it.

The room was super small. I expected that. However, we didn't know that it didn't have air conditioning. Fortunately, the temperature outside was 59⁰ and keeping the window cracked open was enough. Keep this in mind if you plan on visiting during warmer months (if that is a thing in Denmark). Also, the tiny bathroom layout was crazy. In 1 common space there was a toilet, sink amd shower. So, the entire floor gets wet when you shower.

My stay was very comfortable. The location is just perfect, close to the metro and there's a huge mall next to the hotel. The only thing I would point out is the small bathroom but else I would stay here again.

The reception staff were very unfriendly and poorly organized. They offered no assistance with payments and provided no information regarding currency selection—instead, they handled it entirely on their own. The hallway was not cleaned at all throughout the entire week. never again ..
