Great value and location. Rooms and ensuite are fairly small so not be suitable for larger people (we are both considered petite). Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment but it smelled great!

The roomes are the coolest rooms I've seen in a long time Everything is so well placed it's unbelievable

Good location and good option for staying near the city centre. Mattress was a little thin but not too uncomfortable

First of all, i think they rip you off for the price you have to pay for a box that is a room that is supposed to house 2 people for 5 days (July 11-July 16). The room was exceedingly hot all the time. They gave me a fan that circulated the hot air so that was no relief for the heat. I would never stay at the City Cabinn hotel again nor would I recommend it to my family and friends.

Basic room but great location

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. I arrived at 1 AM and found dirty clothing left behind by a previous guest in the room. My pillow was also missing a pillowcase, which I had to put on myself. The room was extremely dirty dust, hair, toenail clippings, and debris were found between the mattress and bed frame and underneath the mattress. Every movement on the bed stirred up dust and allergens, making it impossible to sleep for me and my family. The room had no usable air conditioning, poor ventilation, and very dark lighting. The bathroom was extremely small, poorly designed, and had a strong urine odor that became worse when running water. Basic amenities were missing, such as towel hooks. Impossible to stay with a family of 4!!! Traumatizing with kids!! The manager offered another room the next morning, but it was no cleaner. Dust was still visible, and it did not appear the cleanliness issues had been addressed. Although I booked a non-refundable three-night stay, I checked out after only eight hours because the room was unacceptable and I could not sleep. I moved to another hotel nearby and lost two nights of payment. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless there are no other options in Copenhagen.

Room was clean. Bathroom was very small. Worked well for our travel needs.
