There were many small corridors, the room was hot and I was disappointed and will never return here.

Simple amenities

This is not really a hotel. It’s more like a hostel except it’s not cheap. No ac. No hair dryer. No breakfast unless you pay for it the day before (strange). I should have paid extra $30 to stay at a regular place.

If I just need a place to sleep and to shower, this is the place. Quite a trek from the central station especially if you have luggages but manageable! I’d stay here again.

Didn’t realize construction workers started at 6am, so therefore our day started then. Other then that, it was a great stay!

Easy check-in, helpful staff, ideally located at a great price for CPH

The hotel was nice enough, however our room was very hot with no way to cool it. It was located in an area that made us feel like we were in a closet that was made into a room. It was not inviting, welcoming g or comfortable. The staff were friendly and we used the laundry facility so that was nice. It was the only hotel in our travels on this trip that made us pay to store our luggage. It was also fairly far away from most of the attractions we wanted to visit.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Very close to the train and other transportation. Also very close to grocery store and mall. They had bikes you could rent and good laundry facilities. Also had a public kitchen that you could use.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The room was significantly smaller than anticipated—so small that it was difficult to open and manage two suitcases. The bathroom design, with the shower, toilet, and sink all in one compact space, was very challenging and uncomfortable to use. We were also concerned about the cleanliness, as there was a strong odor in the room that resembled urine throughout our stay. Combined with the limited space, it made for an uncomfortable experience, and we chose to leave as soon as we woke up rather than spend additional time there. The hotel may be suitable for travelers looking for a very basic, budget-friendly overnight stay, but it was not the level of comfort or cleanliness we were expecting. We hope this feedback is helpful as the hotel considers future improvements.
