Very friendly and polite staff, check in was very easy.
Loads of lifts but sometimes you have to wait awhile because it seems that only 2 operate at the same time but wasn't too much of an issue.
Room was very clean and tidy with good amenities

By far the cleanest hotel that I have ever been in!
Staff was super friendly and helped us with any questions that we had.

It’s incredibly expensive even for bottled water you don’t get water free in your room like most hotels and they charge an arm and leg for it

Nice property, very helpful staff, easy to access public transit, limited amenities- only shampoo/soap. Must request towel and maid service. Coffee makers over pour beware! 45 minutes to Touristy areas between walking, changing buses, walking.. but easy to manage if you have the time and knees.

Honestly could’ve been better. For the price I paid and how far it was from the city center, I expected at least a more spacious room with a fridge and more amenities. There wasn’t even a closet or any view like I had thought. Also the bathroom smelled weird and there were two socks under the bed that were neither mine or my fiancée’s 😭 Other than that the staff was helpful enough and the rooftop bar was cool! Luggage storage after checkout was also convenient.

An absolutely perfect base to explore Amsterdam from, literally a 2 minute walk to a tram stop that can drop you close to the centre.
We really enjoyed our stay especially as it was so quiet and peaceful, the hotel breakfast was fantastic value for money and made even better by the views from the restaurant.
