매우 훌륭해요가족 숙박객
The best thing about this hotel was definitely the customer service. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They gave us great directions, answered all of our questions, and constantly checked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better.
The location is also very convenient. It’s not right in the city center, but it’s not far either. The tram takes you to the center very quickly, and the public transport connections are excellent. The hotel is located in the museum district, which is a great area to stay in.
The hotel itself is quite basic. Considering Amsterdam is an expensive city.

만족해요 Stayed in a solo room whose door was directly adjacent to the hotel entrance and it was too noisy for my taste- needed to put on a fan to block out the noise of people coming in late, leaving early, a crying baby, etc. Location and breakfast were good, but noise is a deal breaker for me.

매우 훌륭해요 This is a great hidden gem in Amsterdam. It has a small entrance & lobby but the women at the desk are huge on information & assistance. The rooms are very clean & well maintained. The breakfast is very good with hot & cold choices. The location is close to transportation & Van Gogh & Rijksmuseum as well as trams. Would definitely stay again

Great location near major museums and right on the bus line from/to the airport. Helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are small but adequate. There’s an elevator that goes as far as the third floor. The carpet on the stairs is worn and coming loose in places and needs to be replaced.
