Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times. Happy to help with our plans for getting to different parts of the city. My room only seemed to have one plug point to plug phone charger, hairdryer etc in and it wasn’t in the right place but such a small thing when everything else was great. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

We stayed at the westbridge hotel this weekend because we went to abba voyage it was the perfect location only 15 minutes walk to the arena also a great location for Stratford station perfect for going into London. The hotel and staff were fantastic couldn't have been better.

The room was nice and the receptionist was very helpful. Only complaint was the road noise and the usual people slamming door. The biggest thing is I went down to get a pizza and the guy was training the lady there and instead of acknowledging me or say we will be right with you, totally ignored me and I finally gave up 20 minutes later.
Other than they, about 5 to 10 minutes to the tubes, out of the way from central London, it was overall a good stay.

We arrived at the hotel after a 3 hour delay and a horrific train journey. It did lack a little curb appeal.
The staff were amazing and had upgraded our room as a gift for my 60th. Every member of staff we met was polite, attentive and eager to give us the best experience.
The room we had was a suite. It was clean, and well presented, there was some slight road noise but we slept fine.
The breakfast was fresh and constantly refreshed. The choices were endless. Sadly the restaurant wasn’t open during the evening, but they did offer discounts at neighbouring restaurants and pizzas were available.
Will definitely stay here again & recommend to friends.
