Close to station and stadium. Easy access to Westfield shopping centre. Some friendly staff, excellent checking in staff. Very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent 👌

We stayed just for one night after attending a gig at the London Stadium. The hotel is very well located for access to Westfield and the London Stadium area as well as public transport like the underground trains, overground trains, buses and taxis. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room itself was big and it was good to see that is accommodated people who may have physical disabilities or accessibility issues. Breakfast was very mediocre with what felt slightly limited options but plenty of places to eat in the Westfield Centre which is literally a 2 minute walk away. The room was also very quiet even though close to one of the stations exits and there were many fans using it at the end of the night. I would happily stay there again.

Excellent stay ruined by rude and unelpful staff at breakfast both mornings.

Paid a lot for one night because of a conference nearby so disappointed to find my room was so close to the railway line that it was hard to sleep. Also always so hot in the rooms! Nice clean room and a very soft bed. Wish they had provided bigger mugs and more choice of teabags for that early morning hot drink. The cups were rather small. Nice, big, fluffy bath towels and bathroom was great.

Excellent hotel and luxurious- loved it

Really nice hotel, the room was comfortable, nice big bed and well designed (the lighting in particular). There was a miscommunication between the staff that led to us being overcharged, but this was resolved after a couple of emails back and forth so all good on that front. The location is good but the views aren't all that much, we could see the loading docks for the back of Westfield. It looks from the pictures like the hotel is a tower, but it only occupies the lowest floors of the building so don't expect spectacular London skylines from your window. Location was decent, close to Westfield and easy to get to the Olympic Park too. Solid place and we'd stay again.

The tv was not as modern

Having stayed here before I felt that the overall experience wasn’t quite as good as I had expected. That said, there was nothing wrong with it but I was disappointed as it wasn’t exceptional as before. I had a room on the 3rd floor with trains going past the window. Having stayed in Hyatt Regency and Hilton Curio Collection hotels in the locality I’m not sure that this is worth the price point.

Lovely modern hotel, service at bar was excellent and breakfast choice of high quality would definitely recommend
