훌륭해요 Excellent location opposite Gloucester Road Tube station. Property could do with an update, but it is clean and well-kept. Very pleasant staff. Comfortable bed and a good night’s sleeep.

We have stayed at this property the last two times we have been to London so its "flaws" are no dela breaker at all.
The hotel's location is excellent. It's just 5 tube stations from downtown London without requiring any changes of tube lines. There are several restaurants just outside the hotel. With a few fast food locations open quite late.
The property is getting older and it is showing its age. (for example, the shower and rooms in general are a bit worn). However, that is not a problem as the staff and location make up for it. We did not opt for breakfast at the hotel, as there are so many options just outside and in central London to try that we wanted to try but they do offer breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel.
