All was fantastic!

This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Korea. The staff were so polite and attentive. The hotel itself is insanely gorgeous and I had a perfect ocean view. It was a bummer that the pool was closed and empty, but other than that the hotel was fantastic!

This is the second time staying at Parnas and it is one of the better place to stay in Jeju. The hotel has everything you need with excellent customer service. Breakfast buffet was clean and full of options.

If you are booking a prestige room, ask for one that has a partial ocean view. Seeing the ocean from our balcony was one of the highlights of our stay.

We had an excellent stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju. The property is beautiful, and our room offered stunning views of the grounds and the sea. We enjoyed watching surfers from our window and even witnessed an engagement proposal that felt straight out of a K-drama. The food in both the lounge and restaurants was excellent, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. There was a minor issue with the elevator during our stay, but hotel management addressed it promptly and made things right, which we greatly appreciated. One suggestion, not unique to this hotel, would be to install grab bars near the bathtub/shower area. Even with a non-slip mat, additional support would be helpful for senior guests. Overall, this is a beautiful Jeju property with outstanding service. As a K-drama fan, I especially loved the lobby, which reminded me of one of my favorite dramas. We would happily stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and nice.

Incredible resort, near perfect. The staff were incredible, always helpful and polite with any requests. The amenities were too notch. Easy to get to from the airport with a bus (not too pricey with taxi either). Only small notch would be the conveinence store on hand is on the smaller side. So pick up snacks before you there there.

Poolside was hard to get access as it was high in demand, regardless of time.

Staff was horrible. Hover over you the entire time and make it feel like you are lucky to stay there. Worst room I've ever had in a hotel that's supposed to be quality. Pool was nice but everything else bad.
