Good

Good location, well kept property and breakfast was good.

Location was just perfect for all these activities in Frankton!

The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern

Very clean

Good location and very close to coffee shops and restaurants, and the grocery store too. Clean and modern, and good breakfast in the restaurant. Loved our stay here.

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Rooms was very clean and and comfortable made up daily. Buffet breakfast was yummy. We stayed for 10 nights, not one problem while we stayed there. Very comfortable, clean and staff were always accomodating. The only thing I would say is, there isn’t anywhere in the hotel to sit and relax in front of the fire place, this area is closed after breakfast and re opens for dinner so we found ourselves circling cafes to find an area were we could all catch up and relax. But that definitely didn’t affect our stay and the experience was excellent… just some feedback for the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and serviced promptly each morning and there was a generous amount of hot beverages. Our grandchildren especially loved the family movie every evening and activities in the room. Staff were great! Appreciated the help getting taxis - again they were prompt, polite and clean. A big thank you to restaurant staff! They work hard

Room was excellent and clean. Food was great. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

Nice place to stay near to everything, it was clean.
