Very good stay

Shuttle was so helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Ok for a one night stay before flying out of Narita. Good size room for packing suitcases. Dinner at restaurant good and great convenience store on site. Regular free shuttle bus to airport.

Very comfortable bags

The hotel was nice and conveniently located close to the airport. The airport shuttle service was very helpful, and the room had many essential items that made the stay comfortable. The hotel also has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, which was a nice feature. And family mart inside the hotel. However, the open buffet was not worth the money, and the food quality was not as good as expected. Many of the restaurants in the hotel were closed during our stay, which limited dining options. The lobby bathrooms also needed more attention; they were not clean, the water was not working properly, and there was trash on the floor. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and a convenient location, but improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and restaurant availability would make the experience much better.

Breakfast was enjoyable

Air condition doesn’t work.

We stayed two nights, before a flight, and then after flight. The first night, the room was small but on par with Japanese standards so manageable for two, and you could tell it is updated, but bathroom was not and it looked a bit dirty. The second night, we were upgraded and the room was much roomier, and everything looked new, including the bathroom. All in all, it was what we needed. Close to Narita airport, shuttle included with our stay. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel room is very spacious and staff are helpful.

The hotel was very clean but a renovation is overdue. Some of the carpet tiles in the bedroom and passageways had lifted. The rooms had all the facilities and amenities required and overall presented very good value for money. A special shoutout to Steven who was extremely helpful at reception. He also encouraged us to attend a local festival which was a great experience.
