We stayed here the night before our departure. You are a bit far from Narita the city so we were kind of tied to the hotel for the evening. Property is dated but clean. Spacious room. Restaurants are pricey. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was really good. Lots of western and japanese food options. Fresh. Shuttle is convenient to airport and runs about every 30 min.

Great staff and stay that came with a built in connivence store! I had more than enough rooms after being in tiny rooms for the past few weeks. Great stay before leaving a memorable trip. Easy access to airport.

Very helpful and patient staff. They made a great impression as the first hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. The room was clean and comfortable. The convenience store on the ground floor had a lot of what I needed when I first arrived. The free shuttle helped get me back to the train station.

Very disappointing. Rooms smell of mold and smoke. Our bathroom had mildew on the ceiling and …hair on the wall. Big stain on the fabric bed frame bottom. No ventilation in bathroom. Staff was nice enough. I cannot fathom how this hotel gets such positive reviews. Maybe certain floors are better than others? I would not recommend this hotel and could not wait to leave.

Clean rooms just need updating. Staff is really helpful. The food is great. The best part is there is a Family Mart inside the hotel Super Cool! Shuttle was offered from hotel to the airport.
