The hotel was big but it was very outdated and older. The rooms were very old and had an odd smell

Property close to the airport which was perfect to crash on our first day and get settled on jet lag. There was a shuttle from the airport so that was great too. Lobby was clean and a kombini was available with decent options. Room was quite dated though and we saw a little bit of mold in the bathroom. It felt clean at least.

It was ok, rooms and beds are very small. The bathroom is very visibly moldy. The staff were nice and friendly.

I loved my stay in Hotel Marroad in Narita.
Free shuttle to the hotel from Bus station 16 in terminal 1 and back to the airport next day for my flight to LAX. Free shuttle too to Aeon Mall for some last minute shopping.
Room is clean, bigger size than other hotels in Japan I stayed from previous trip. Pleasant and helpful staff too.
