Helpful and Professional Staff!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. I will definitely look into booking with Richmond hotel for my trip to Osaka next year

This hotel is the most comfortable hotel we stayed at for the trip (we stayed at three different hotels). The room is spacious and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their shuttle service is super convenient for the early flight. We will stay here again for future travel to Japan!

The breakfast is not that great. I was hoping there are some eggs or omelet or even pancakes since it is located at Narita international airport. The selection of food need to be changed.

Very clean and stuff in the hotel are very helpful. And also walking distance to the train station. I definitely coming back.

Check in was easy and staff was very helpful. The room was clean with all the expected amenities. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very effective. The only issue was the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus only operates TO the airport and one must book at least the day before. One can take a taxi, or if you are comfortable with the train system, the station is just down the street about a block away.

I chose Richmond Hotel because it is conveniently located near Narita Airport, making it a great choice for our final stay in Japan. It also provided easy access to local attractions and cultural sites such as Narita Omotesando and Narita Shinshoji Temple. The hotel offers basic amenities, including free Wi-Fi, an in-room refrigerator, and hot and cold water dispensers on each floor. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby. The only improvement I would suggest is adding a microwave in each room for added convenience. My family of four stayed at this hotel, and we had a pleasant and quiet experience. The staff was helpful, and the location was ideal for both sightseeing and airport access. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient place to stay near Narita Airport.

Airport shuttle service was very helpful in reducing stress of transit to Narita.
