This hotel offers spacious rooms, comfortable interiors, and excellent room service. However, the hallway carpet is quite old and has an unpleasant odor.

非常方便

This was my second time staying at Ar Tree. Our first time was before Covid. At that time, the property was cleaned and new with complementary breakfast. This time was extra cost so we didn’t include it. We had to change to another room due to toilet clogging issue. We noticed dust in the room so cleaning is average. Given our experience this time, we would consider other hotels next time.

The first 6 nights were assigned to a room, shower and toilet are next to each other and no shower door so when shower the water is splashing everywhere, the toilet and the floor are both wet. After several conversations with the hotel management, I was given to a room where the shower is separated and has a door. So it was good except the construction noise and told it was coming from the nearby market. The hotel’s location is super convenient, there’s a subway just 3 minutes walk, and a day market, where you can buy fresh fruits and snacks. The gym is fully equipped, but wish it opened longer like hotels in Europe, opened 24 hours.

Excellent location, very new and clean, very modern look, water pressure excellent, I really enjoyed my solo stay and didn’t want to leave.

This property is close to buses and metro rapid train.

Very nice hotel, great size room, clean and tidy.

Great location, clean facilities, comfy beds, great amenities, excellent customer service. They graciously accommodated early check-in in consideration of our elderly family member. Would stay again and recommend.
