Very good. Will visit it again for sure.

At a good location, next to the metro. We had to leave the hotel at 7:10 and breakfast starts at 7. The hotel was able to give us breakfast to go.

Loved this hotel! We arrived early at 830 am. Despite the early arrival they let us check in no problem as they had a clean room ready. Throughout our 4-day stay, the doormen were kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also honest, efficient and friendly. Two out of the four days I needed an extra bed, which they were happy to accommodate at a very cheap price. The extra bed was needed on day 1 and day 3 and they came in both days to set up then take away the bed the next day. Fast and efficient. There is also an MRT station right outside the hotel. Incredibly convenient. Everything about this place is EXCELLENT! Will definitely be back!

Plenty of great food choices and the lobby bakery is amazing!

in room furniture are too old, bathroom converts to Japanese style, others are getting old, sorry

The location is great, it is very convenient to get on the MRT to different area. the breakfast area is a bit aged. The dishes carts are parked at the breakfast area. A bit strange. Overall the food quality is good. When you try to check in, there is no sign to line up, a bit mess if many people are in the line.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The young lady at the front desk helped me checked-in at 1100 which was a huge plus for my stay. Special thanks goes to 黄俊铭at the Rose Room ( 菩薇厅13th floor). He went above and beyond in helping me with my plan of visiting Taiwan! All the staff there were professional and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely visit it back!!!
