No air conditioning. Room was noisy at night. Was right above a very busy night life street. Had to leave windows open to get air to cool off. Basic room.
Great location and 1 mile from train station. Towels were changed daily. Check in staff was helpful.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location other than that is horrible. As soon as I walked in you can tell this property hasn’t been maintained at all. Found blood stains on my pillow. Pay the extra and stay in another hotel.

The hotel is outdated and needs serious updating. The staff is helpful and the room is decent with no a/c. The only good thing is it is conveniently accessible by bus and train. Overall, the high price is not worth the stay.

The location is good but they dont clean the room. They only remove the trash and replinish the towels. We stayed there for 6 nights. One tine- they didnt empty our trashz

Hotel is hidden away on the actual street but not far from the train station in Interlaken. Room was big, clean and definitely foreign (meaning you need to make sure you have universal adapters for Europe) me but other wise amazing experience. Local food nearby and had an amazingly good night sleep for my first time in Europe
